It's time to Maximize Rainwater in your Garden!
When: Wednesday, November 7, 2018 6:30 pm until 8pm
Collecting the drops of rain from your gutter is an easy, water-wise approach to supplement your garden irrigation needs. Understanding the impact you can make one drop at a time can truly make a ripple throughout other aspects of your life.
Join Daily Acts and BlueBarrel Catchment Founder, Jesse Savou, as we dive into the management practices of rain gardens, rainwater storage, and vector mitigation such as mosquitoes and rodents, too. Our intent is to ensure by the end of this presentation you understand how to get started in sizing your system and are inspired by the creative models of water efficiency throughout the county.
There will be an opportunity for site-specific Q&A at the end of this session, so those that have particular challenges will have their needs met and can move past barriers towards a successful installation.
