Lately it’s taken extra effort to see beyond the catastrophes and find the good. It’s also felt more important than ever to do so – after all, that which we water grows. Here in this …ninth? tenth? eighty-seventh? month of the pandemic, we could probably all use a little help finding our inspiration. Lucky for us all, we have Bioneers THIS weekend!

If you’ve had the privilege of attending a Bioneers Conference, you know that it’s an electrifying experience: a chance to reconnect, recharge, network, skill up, plug in with solutions and have your perspective split wide open. It’s a community of communities, a hotbed of purposefully aligned changemakers, a chance to be part of something larger that just makes sense, rings true.

Bioneers has played a huge role in shaping Daily Acts over the years. Trathen first attended Bioneers 20 years ago, and was so inspired by his experience that he’s returned every year since! Bioneers is one of Daily Acts’ core reference points – it’s truly an opportunity to Take Heart, Take Part, and Take Action. In fact, Ripple the World is quite a bit like a local version of a Bioneers conference!

Over the years, Trathen and Daily Acts have hosted a number of talks, workshops and events as part of Bioneers conferences, but this year Trathen has the distinct honor of giving a keynote address. We’re thrilled to be expanding and deepening our relationship with Bioneers, and we’re excited to share some new developments on that front with you in the near future.

In addition to the inspiration offered this weekend, you can also access the recordings on-demand through Bioneers’ website for the entire month of December! The virtual format allows for a more affordable choose-your-own-adventure model for tickets, but if cost is prohibitive, Bioneers also offers scholarships.
