Are you interested in conserving and re-using water in your home? There are so many opportunities for water re-use, and luckily there are many DIY solutions that are low cost! Check out this webinar recording and learn about various options for reducing your water usage, and therefore reducing your water bill. We discussed opportunities for waterless appliances, and how to install your own laundry-to-landscape greywater system to re-use your laundry water in your landscape.

On July 22nd, we teamed up with the City of Petaluma to bring this in-depth webinar walk-through of designing, installing and maintaining a Laundry to landscape (L2L) greywater system with expert Laura Allen.  Laura is a founding member of Greywater Action and has spent the past 20 years exploring low-tech, sustainable water solutions. She is the author of The Water-Wise Home: How to Conserve and Reuse Water in Your Home and Landscape and Greywater, Green Landscape. Laura is an amazing educator – she leads classes and workshops on rainwater harvesting, greywater reuse, and composting toilets and has helped with state greywater code developments in California and Washington State. We hope you enjoy learning from Laura as much as we did!
