Sarina’s work is grounded in the belief that most of the solutions we need to build a more climate-resilient future already exist, and that the work ahead is in implementing them. She believes that effective storytelling and accessible communications play a crucial role in bringing these solutions to more people who are hungry for hope and seeking practical ways to be the change they wish to see in the world.
Sarina is a proud Santa Rosa Junior College alumni, who transferred to California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo where she received a B.S in Environmental Management & Protection. In her free time, she can be found counting monarch caterpillars on her native milkweed plants, perusing vintage markets, roller skating, or making jewelry in her silversmithing shop.
