Sarina Muñoz
Sarina MuñozCommunications Manager
Sarina Muñoz (she/her) has been with Daily Acts since 2019. In her current role, she leads organization-wide communications strategy, aligning messaging across programmatic and fundraising efforts. Prior to her role in communications, Sarina spent two years as a programs coordinator teaching how to transform lawns into beautiful, water-wise habitat gardens. She enjoys walking through her neighborhood and admiring gardens, recognizing that a garden is a powerful tool to connect people with their neighbors while making a street feel safer and more enjoyable to walk through.

Sarina’s work is grounded in the belief that most of the solutions we need to build a more climate-resilient future already exist, and that the work ahead is in implementing them. She believes that effective storytelling and accessible communications play a crucial role in bringing these solutions to more people who are hungry for hope and seeking practical ways to be the change they wish to see in the world.

Sarina is a proud Santa Rosa Junior College alumni, who transferred to California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo where she received a B.S in Environmental Management & Protection. In her free time, she can be found counting monarch caterpillars on her native milkweed plants, perusing vintage markets, roller skating, or making jewelry in her silversmithing shop.
