Sageleaf Rockrose Cistus salviifolius

Sageleaf Rockrose, or Cistus salviifolius, is a hardy, drought-tolerant shrub that is native to the Mediterranean region and blooms in late spring. Since it grows in a spread out fashion (prostrate) is commonly used as a groundcover and will successfully outcompete weeds in the garden. These plants thrive in full sun and well-draining soil.
