Yarrow “Terracotta” Achillea millefolium


This orange variety of the California native is durable and easy to grow in a wide range of soil types and requires little watering, which makes it a popular plant choice! With it’s fluffy fronds and quick spreading nature, it makes a great groundcover plant for lawn replacement. Give this plant full sun and well-drained soil for best growing results.
The plentiful flowers bloom from late spring through early fall, attracting butterflies, bees, and other insects. It is a staple in native pollinator gardens throughout the state.
