Donna Legge
Donna dedicated 38 years of her career to the field of municipal Parks and Recreation, including 13 years with the Town of Windsor. As the Parks and Recreation Director, she partnered with Daily Acts to create impact, resilience, and awareness in the community. Donna lead the establishment of the Summer Nights on the Green Sponsorship Program in 2008 and the People4Parks Non-Profit Foundation in 2011. Donna is a 2019 Leadership Institute Fellow.

As the Recreation & Community Services Director for the City of Los Altos Donna managed the construction of a LEED Gold equivalent, 24,500 square foot Recreation Center, acknowledging the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe with featured murals, and community room naming. Other focus areas included the implementation of JEDI (Justice, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) principles and partnering with the Santa Clara County Office of LGTBQ Affairs.

Donna retired in 2022 and recently returned to live in Windsor. Since retirement, she continues to create community and serves as the Public Relations Director for Progressive Tribal Alliance. She enjoys travelling, golf, and being in nature with her family and four grandchildren. In addition, she supports her husband Bob in managing a Sober Living Home in Santa Rosa.
